Ford - Californopia Tour
Objective
Showcase the Ford Focus to the desired college-age demographic.
Program
Makai developed a 10 campus college music tour with each event featuring 3 top name bands. The first 5 venues occurred during the fall semester with the remainder taking place in Spring. Interactive events included vehicle “treasure hunts”, henna tattooing and various prize give-aways. Additional sponsors provided booths and activities to further enhance main stage events.
Result
The Californopia Tour was very positive received, generating additional reach via 4 Makai-produced compilation CD’s, distributed at release parties at various Los Angeles venues. |
